Private team workshop · Remote

Claude Code, grounded in your engineering workflow.

A four-hour working session for engineering teams that want practical context, permission, review, and adoption patterns—not a survey of product features.

Workshop outcome

Leave with a tested team pattern, not a production claim.

Four hours is enough to establish a strong reference workflow and adoption plan. It is not enough to promise that an arbitrary application is production-ready, so the workshop does not make that claim.

The team creates

  • A repository-specific CLAUDE.md baseline.
  • A permission and approval policy for one workflow.
  • A repeatable read-plan-edit-verify pattern.
  • A review checklist and adoption experiment.

Best for

  • Engineering leads planning team adoption.
  • Senior developers already testing Claude Code.
  • Platform or security owners defining boundaries.
  • Teams able to use a non-sensitive training repository.

Working agenda

One workflow, taken from context to adoption.

00:00

Frame

Choose one repository workflow and define what good, reviewable agent assistance means for it.

00:40

Context

Build a maintainable CLAUDE.md, command map, and repository references around the selected workflow.

01:40

Boundaries

Configure permissions, approval points, protected data rules, and verification requirements.

02:35

Practice

Run the workflow, inspect the change, diagnose failures, and improve the context and controls.

03:30

Adopt

Assign owners, select measurements, and define the next two team experiments.

Preparation

What the team needs before the session.

Preparation protects workshop time and avoids using production credentials or sensitive repositories in a training environment.

  • Claude Code installed
  • Active eligible subscription
  • Git repository with test commands
  • Non-sensitive practice branch
  • Technical owner present
  • AWS access only if relevant

Availability

Private sessions are scoped before scheduling.

Public cohort dates and individual-seat pricing are not advertised until a date, instructor, checkout, and cancellation terms are confirmed. Team sessions are priced in USD based on group size and preparation needs.

Do participants need prior Claude Code experience?

No, but participants should be working engineers comfortable with Git, local development, tests, and code review.

Can we use our production repository?

We recommend a representative non-sensitive repository or isolated branch. Repository choice and data-handling boundaries are agreed before the session.

Does the workshop include AWS deployment?

Only when deployment is part of the selected workflow and the environment is prepared in advance. The workshop primarily focuses on Claude Code as an engineering tool.

Is the workshop available in Spanish?

Yes. Private team sessions are available in English or Spanish. We confirm the preferred language during scheduling.

Start with the problem

Bring the team and one workflow worth standardizing.

We will confirm the repository, participants, preferred language, security boundaries, and expected workshop output before scheduling.
